Practical advice

Preparation is key for this cave. The interior is consistently 10-11°C with over 90% humidity, so long trousers and a warm jacket are necessary even in mid-summer. You will also need sturdy, closed-toe shoes; the metal stairs at the entrance can be wet and slippery.

Helmets are mandatory and provided at the entrance gazebo. The pathways feature narrow passages where you will need to duck. Be aware that visits may be suspended during thunderstorms for safety.
